These wraps can be removed only after all the assembly steps are finished and all bolts are fastened, and the item is attached to the wall. Serious injury can result from removing the wraps too early. This product and its fixing parts are only suitable for installation on a plain cement wall or stable unrendered brickwork. If the wall/brickwork shows cracks, you have to consult a professional. If your building has an exterior shell (such as insulation, double brick wall, or brick-facing), installation should be taken out by a professional. Never install it in high and windy places, as the sunshade may drop and hurt people. Do not install the awning when damaged or missing parts are found. The external blind shall be retracted in case the wind speed is higher than 28km/h. Before opening the awning, be sure all brackets are mounted securely into wall studs and all bolts are properly tightened ALWAYS CLOSE the awning during high or gosling winds, rain, and when not in use. Failure to do so may result in personal injury and/or property damage. Also, Extension arms are under high tension and can cause serious damage or injury. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Do not use if repair or adjustment is necessary. Do not operate the awning when maintenance, such as window cleaning, is being carried out in the vicinity. Operation in frosty conditions may damage the awning. Don't put heavy stuff on the frame as it may fall down and cause damages. Fasteners too tight or too loose would cause damage to the product or be dangerous to people. Warning: The fabric should not be sunken during operation, otherwise, water will accumulate on it. Please do not unpick and wash the fabric. If you need replace the fabric, please turn to the experts for help. Take care when operating the manual release with the external blind retracted since it may fall rapidly due to weak or broken springs. Danger! Strong spring when opens. DO NOT remove this rope unless you have finished all of the assembly steps with all bolts are fastened and the item is attached to the wall! Warning! Take care when loosening the arms, because they are under tension! A sudden release of the arm of a folding arm awning can cause injury.
